Great Customer Services is the Key

It seems basic, but Great Customer Service is one of the biggest keys to Successful Property Management.

There are so many landlords and property managers with bad attitudes, that when you are pleasant, you easily stand out from the pack.

Applicants and Current residents like to feel like they are valued and respected. As a result, current residents will not look for new housing (low turnover expenses, low vacancy rates) and applicants will be happy to pay rent, on time.
